When she was growing up in Bethesda, Dajia’s parents owned one of the first health food stores in town. She naturally became interested in the power of good food and went on to earn a degree in nutrition at the University of Vermont. After college, she worked as a pastry chef at restaurants such as The Greenbrier in Colorado and Morimoto in Philadelphia.
This snack mix evolved from recipes Dajia developed at home so she could snack on something packed with energy and nutrition that was also tasty and satisfying. Her friends and family couldn’t get enough, and eventually, Dajia’s Super Snacks was born.
Dajia lives with her husband and two children in Jenkintown, PA.
